We focus on diversified crewing pool to resource the vessels with competent crew and by running world class training programs developed by means of innovative digital technologies.
Our seafarers are well trained and certified in accordance with STCW 2010 and the ISM Code. Our crew management offices are wide spread in India China at present and our focus is to expand our crewing foot print in Philippines in the near future. On-board computer based crew training systems have been introduced on all our managed fleet vessels and a competent trainer will sail with the vessel twice a year to perform the training on safety as well as ship board operations.
